• Clients must schedule rug cleaning services in advance.

• Pickup and delivery services for rugs are available on specific days each week. Refer to our schedule for designated days in your area.

2. Preparation of Rugs

• Clients are responsible for adequately preparing rugs for cleaning:

• Remove small and breakable items from the rug's surrounding area.

• Communicate any specific concerns or issues related to the rug's condition or stains to True Dry Cleaning and Laundry.

​3. Inspection & Identification

• True Dry Cleaning and Laundry will inspect the rug upon pickup to identify damages, stains, or specific cleaning requirements.

• Clients are encouraged to communicate any known issues or special considerations during pickup or scheduling.

4. Types of Rugs

• True Dry Cleaning and Laundry can clean various rug types, including wool, silk, synthetic, and natural fibre rugs.

• Clients should disclose the rug's material composition to ensure suitable cleaning methods.

5. Cleaning Process

• True Dry Cleaning and Laundry will conduct a comprehensive cleaning process involving shampooing, rinsing, and disinfecting rugs.

• Stain removal and dust elimination are integral components of our cleaning services.

•  Rugs will be thoroughly dried before delivery to ensure optimal cleanliness.

• Delivery of cleaned rugs will follow our standard delivery timetable.

• Clients are urged to inspect delivered rugs within 24 hours and report any concerns promptly.

8. Responsibility and Liability

•  While True Dry Cleaning and Laundry exercises utmost care during cleaning, clients are responsible for damages or issues arising from pre-existing conditions or the rug's material characteristics.

• True Dry Cleaning and Laundry is not liable for damages caused by client-provided incorrect information about the rug's material or pre-existing conditions.

9. Payment

• Clients must settle payments promptly upon delivery or as per agreed-upon terms.

10. Communication

• Open communication is vital. Clients are encouraged to provide accurate information, ask questions, and communicate concerns or specific requirements during scheduling and pickup.
