Pick Up & Delivery Policy.

These terms and conditions govern the pickup and delivery services provided by True Dry Cleaning and Laundry. By availing our pickup and delivery services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Scheduling

  • Laundry pickup must be scheduled in advance by the customer for a predetermined time slot.

  • Pickup and delivery services are available each week from Tuesday through Saturday, excluding certain holidays determined by True Dry Cleaning and Laundry in its sole discretion.

  • True Dry Cleaning and Laundry reserve the right to reschedule pickup and delivery times upon prior notice to the customer.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery will take place at least 24 hours after the time of pickup to ensure thorough cleaning and processing of items.

 

3. Geographical Schedule

Pickup and delivery schedules are designated based on geographical regions:


POS and Environs:
       - Days: Monday to Friday
       - Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


East to Arima:
       - Days: Tuesday and Fridays
       - Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Central and Beyond:
       - Days: Thursdays
       - Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Missed/Unattended Pickup or Delivery

  • If a customer misses a scheduled pickup, the service for that day will be forfeited. However, customers have the option to reschedule for a later time slot on the following day.

  • For delivery service, two (2) attempts will be made. Subsequent delivery attempts, beyond the initial two, will incur a delivery fee of $20 TTD for EACH additional attempt.

Responsibility and Liability

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by items left in clothing or the laundry bag that may harm clothing, cleaning machines, or any property owned by True Dry Cleaning and Laundry or its customers.

  • True Dry Cleaning and Laundry is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended during pickup or delivery.

 

Bag Policy

  • True Dry Cleaning and Laundry does not automatically provide bags. Customers are encouraged to utilise bags of their preference.

  • Plastic or paper bags will be automatically disposed of; other bags may be subject to disposal at our discretion.

  • True Dry Cleaning and Laundry reserves the right to refuse specific bags at any time and may transfer items to provided bags during pickup.

 

Communication

  • Customers may be contacted via call or WhatsApp to confirm order details before processing.

By using True Dry Cleaning and Laundry’s pickup and delivery services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
