Simply sign up through our online booking tool or if you prefer, give us a call or reach out to us via Whatsapp. When preparing your laundry for pickup, feel free to use any bag of your choice. Our goal is to make the process as straightforward and flexible as possible to suit your needs.

You don't need to sort your laundry. We handle all preparation before the wash including sorting, checking pockets, and checking for stains. All you need to do is place your clothes in a bag, we’ll handle the rest.

Yes! We offer same day and next-day service for wash & fold laundry orders. Our express Cost is twice (2x) the regular cost: Laundry per lb - $6 -> $12 Linens per lb - $8 -> $16 Drapery per lb - $10 -> $20 This service is based on demand and we recommend calling first before placing the order online or visiting.

Our standard detergent is a mildly scented, neutral high-efficiency (HE) detergent sourced from a trusted local supplier. This detergent is crafted with gentle ingredients, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. We do not use chlorinated bleach, ensuring a clean and fragrance-free result. Fragrance-Free and Sensitive Skin Option: If you prefer a completely fragrance-free and hypoallergenic approach to your laundry, please don't hesitate to let us know. Simply request that your order be processed as "totally fragrance-free/sensitive skin detergent" when you drop off your laundry. Your specific preferences matter to us, and we'll ensure your laundry is handled accordingly. Our pricing structure is by the pound so there’s no need to worry about how full your bag is or even how many bags you have. You will be sent across the final cost via email.

A typical laundry load weighs 8-10 lbs. The average person will wear about 15-18 lbs of laundry in a week. Add in towels and you land at an average of 20 lbs. But what is average? Keep in mind, we weigh clothes when they are dry, at their lightest weight. If you dry-clean the majority of your clothes, you may only have 10 lbs per week and if you're active, you may have up to 30 lbs.

You can place anything that would typically go into a washing machine. Items that require pressing are not included. We reserve the right to refuse the cleaning of the item and employ another service at a separate cost for any item that we deem not appropriate for the service

There is no minimum order size for your Wash & Fold order however due to the labour intensive nature of laundry, we have a minimum of $30.

We weigh your laundry as soon as it comes into our facility using a scale, before any washing so that your laundry is at its lightest when dry.

We understand the importance of a clean and organized home. To contribute to your tidy environment, we return your laundry with retail-style folding, ensuring that your clothes are impeccably folded and hand-packaged. This careful presentation means your clothes are ready to be directly placed into your shelves or drawers, maintaining the order and cleanliness of your living space.

Our Wash & Fold service is designed for everyday laundry needs. However, it does not include items that require dry cleaning or ironing/pressing. To ensure the proper care of your garments, please avoid including wool items, silk items, suits, most dresses, and other finer garments in the Wash & Fold service. These items typically need specialized attention and are best suited for our dry cleaning or professional pressing services.

Yes, we offer both hand washing and hang drying services upon request. The cost for these services is determined based on the specific nature and requirements of your laundry job. Please contact us with your specific needs, and we will provide you with a customized quote to ensure your garments receive the care they need.
